Dear TrueLife Family & Friends...
With heavy spirits, we share with you that - based on much reflection, discussion and prayer - TrueLife Church will be dissolved as of the New Year. For the next two Sundays of November we will meet at our regularly-scheduled time on Sunday mornings, and for the month of December we will be converting to a temporary small group type arrangement on Sunday evenings from 7-8:30. This small group will continue to meet at the church, but with a relaxed, fellowship-based atmosphere. The purpose of the small group transition time is to allow those of us who wish to explore other churches on Sunday mornings to do so together (if we want to) and to provide an opportunity for discussions about those visits with others as everyone transitions to a new church home. Then, after the first of the year, all are welcome to join the ongoing Lifegroup hosted by Bobby and Sarah Persaud at their home on Tuesday evenings.
While this has been a difficult decision, please trust that we have worked diligently to identify other options, and - based on our current circumstances - closure seems to be the only feasible approach. We have been blessed in the sense that the Lord has provided the means to immediately dispense of our lease and property, which will benefit a new AG church plant, Immanuel Assembly of God, under the leadership of Pastor Sam Daniel. As many of you know, this new church has been meeting in our facility on Sunday afternoons for several weeks. Our hope is that this transfer of property and space will immensely bless them as they strive to minister to the Indian population here in Morrisville.
If you have any questions or concerns, we welcome you to contact us at email@example.com. We thank you for the opportunity to serve you during this time of difficult change and pray that each of you will find peace in the decisions that have been made.
